News reaching us this morning says Osayomore Joseph, the veteran Benin musician who was kidnapped last week, has been released.

According to a source, who wants his name withheld, Ambassador Osayomore Joseph was released this morning.

AsbGist Nigeria tried calling former PMAN chairman, Mr. Maleke Idowu, but he wasn't answering his call. We are still trying to reach more persons that can confirm the news as of the time of writing this report. We hope the news of his release is true.
