Nigeria to name squad after training!

Stephen Keshi has sent his final list of 23 to the NFF for onward transmission to FIFA, but it will not be made public until after training tonight.

A top official of the NFF informed kickoffnigeria that Keshi has not spoken to the seven dropped players, and will only do so after Monday night's training session at PPL Park.


"It will not be right for us to release the list, and the players hear it from anybody other than the coach," said the official.
"As soon as he has spoken to the players, and given us the go-ahead, the list will be released."

Nigeria are scheduled to train from 7pm local time (midnight Nigeria time).
The dropped players will not leave immediately, but will stay for Tuesday's friendly against Greece.
