Melissa Rivers IS Filing A Wrongful Death Suit Against Joan Rivers' Doctors

We knew this had to be coming.

Melissa Rivers believes that her mother, Joan Rivers, died because of her doctors, and she's suing!
She's hired the law firm Gair, Gair, Conason, Steigman, Mackauf, Bloom & Rubinowitz, but the suit won't go through for about a month. However, they're sending out letters alerting people not to destroy any files, phone records, or any documents that are related to Joan's treatment.


We hope they haven't already!

Melissa just wants to find out what happened to her mom, but the lawsuit is still about money — so we'll keep you updated on how much she's reportedly seeking.

Since it's been weeks since Joan passed, we're hoping all of the records are still there!
