THE POWER OF PLANNING - David Okoye

"For which of you, intending to build a tower, sitteth not down first, and counteth the cost, whether he have sufficient to finish it?" Luke 14:28

Planning is a necessary habit every man ought to take up. If you do not engage the power of planning in all you do, you will find it difficult to fulfill life.

Life is not just about living but also about fulfillment and for you to be fulfilled you must strategize on how to make your purpose and ideas materialize and become a reality.

It's amazing that Jesus used the example of building a tower knowing that every building needs a plan in order to come to full completion. He needed to drive home a point: Everything about you and your life is a building and emphatically "you are God's building" 1 Cor 3:9.

It's saddening to note that so many Christians build their lives without taking time to count the cost as our text puts it. It is one thing to have a vision written down and another to make plans to achieve it.

Planning is your human means of engaging the wisdom of God in your lives.

The Spirit of God can only 'help' when He sees something to help with. By starting out with a plan, the Spirit of God begins to show you diverse ways to achieve things.

Choose to become an achiever with a detailed outline of the life you want, always remembering that 'a man that fails to plan plans to fail.'

DECLARATION:
I'm exposed to God's bounty of wisdom because I plan always. I am fulfilling life and bringing my life's building to completion.
