Accept Challenges - David Okoye
"Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby" Hebrews 12:11

One thing worthy of note in our Christian race is the fact that our lives can never be rid of challenges.

Challenges are bread for the God child and only tend to bring out the best in them and set them on course for a new phase. Every phase of our Christian life comes with its own set of challenges. The higher the phase, the bigger the challenge.

As you go through them, develop the habit of not praying that God would take them away, but pray for strength to go through them.

Until you go through them, you can't be refined. No challenge, irrespective of its magnitude, can kill or destroy you. If God wants to promote you, he'll bring a challenge your way. Understand how God functions with us as Christians. Challenges tests how grounded you are in God. It tests your faith. Challenges serve as a springboard to attaining greater heights.

Zechariah 13:9 made us to understand that before gold is tried, it is purified. To try gold means to heat it up. That is what challenges do for a God child. It heats you up but when it's over, you have a new shape and you will be shining brighter.

Do not despise challenges, start learning to appreciate them.

DECLARATION:
I choose to see good in every challenge as I am groomed and refined by them.
