Weird: UK Fans Furious With England Boss For Not Picking Iheanacho For EURO 2016

They don't know Iheanacho is a Nigerian player apparently and this is hilarious, weird and it is not sounding funny to some football fans in the UK.

England coach Roy Hodgson announced his provisional England squad for the European Championship this summer but it did not go down well with some people as they believe the gaffer should have named Manchester City striker Kelechi Iheanacho in the squad.

The 19-year-old wonderkid has broken into City’s first team this season, and could boast of 12 Premier League goal of an impressive campaign.

He’s definitely stood out as one of the best young talents playing in the UK at the moment but the only little but important detail English fans missed out on is that Kelechi is a Nigerian and already has two senior caps for his country.


Moreover, he turned out for Nigeria at under-17 and under-20 level, but that hasn’t stopped these supporters from being absolutely outraged at Hodgson for not selecting him.
