Hilarious Moment Where Armed Policemen Was Seen Dragging Gifts With Civilians

National Chairman of APGA, Chief Ozo (Dr) Victor Ike Oye Ozo Chikwadolu celebrated his 60th birthday and 30th wedding anniversary at St. Patricks Cathedral Awka recently. And amazingly, police and civil defence officials were spotted dragging buckets which was shared as gifts to the attendee with civilians they should be protecting!
Ridiculous!
