'Diezani and Orubebe failed Niger Deltans' - Asari Dokubo says

Ex-Niger Delta militant leader, Asari Dokubo said Diezani and Orubebe failed the entire Niger Deltans.

Asari said this while speaking with TVC News. He also said that Bayelsa state govt applied for oil bloc during Goodluck Jonathan's regime but Diezani refused to grant Bayelsa govt's request. Instead she gave it to people that are not Niger Deltans.
