Flood engulf Lekki Phase 1, residents uses canoes (PHOTOS & VIDEO)

Residents in Lekki Phase 1, Lagos has cried out to the Lagos state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode, as flood engulfed their environs.

The Lekki floods will be forgotten in 2 weeks. Nothing will be done. Then it will happen again next year.
