Wicked man chains and locks his little houseboy in cage with goats (PHOTOS)

A wicked man reportedly chained his houseboy and locked him with goats in a cage, without food for days.

The man resides at 5, Offin Canal, Lagos Island market.

The boy's offence is not known, but, this punishment is inhuman. An observer wrote on Facebook:

Pls this is what a man in lagos island, did to the house boy staying with him, I think the right authorities should be invited, he needs to be brought to book. He can someone padlock a child’s leg and throw him where goats stay? And locked the gate too.
