WATCH: President Buhari finally released a video, with Lai Mohammed

President Muhammadu Buhari has finally released a video showing he's fine but waiting for doctors' order to resume presidentially duties.

The video which was released on Saturday, 12th August, showed Buhari telling the Minister of Information and Culture, Lai Mohammed, that "he is all over the place". Watch the video below:
