"If we don't kill corruption, corruption will kill us": Buhari supporters protest in Abuja (PHOTOS)
Pro-Buhari reportedly "rent-a-crowd" rally in Abuja, today, supporting the President 95 days absent. Buhari left Nigeria to London for medical checkup since early May.
Supporters all stepped out this morning to rally in Abuja, in response to the anti-buhari, #ResumeOrResign #OurMumuDonDo group and Concern Nigerians protest going on in the FCT. The protesters, under the aegis of Coalition for Good Governance and Change Initiative converged at the Unity Fountain, Abuja singing solidarity songs in support of the Nigerian government.
They also matched to the Presidential Villa.
Some of the placards being displayed at the protest ground include: ‘the system is working, no cause for alarm, ‘we repose confidence on President Muhammadu Buhari,’ our president is recuperating, Nigeria is moving forward'.
The anti-Buhari protesters have now deserted the Unity Fountain.
