Police invites Davido and Caroline Danjuma over death claim by the actress

The Lagos state police command reportedly invite singer, Davido and actress, Caroline Danjuma over her claim that her brother, Tagbo Umeike died in Davido's car while the singer ran away, in Lagos.

Davido had said in a Snapchat post that, he doesn't want to say anything about the actress claim and said this is what he get for treating people as his brother.


The new Commissioner of Police in Lagos State, Imohimi Edgar on Thursday, invited both of them to his office, to have a closed door meeting with them.

In the meeting, it was reported that Davido provided CCTV footage from Shisha Room (The lounge in Lekki where they both partied earlier in the night) to prove that he left the club a long time before Tagbo and the deceased wasn’t in his car as claimed by Caroline.

When Caroline was asked to narrate what transpired in the meeting, she said:

I don’t have anything to share with you because I’m not the only one in this picture, there are family members involved, so I can’t just start sharing things with you without the approval of the family members, if there’s an approval, I’ll let you know she told Linda Ikeji's blog

The actress also, didn’t reveal any burial plans for late Tagbo.
