Wednesday daily devotional by Pastor David Okoye (Ambassadors Word Diet, 23rd May 2018) - Reassign the desolate places
“Put in the sickle, for the vintage harvest is ripe; come, get down and tread the grapes, for the winepress is full; the vats overflow, for the wickedness of the people, is great'' Joel 3:13 (AMP)
Scriptures record for us how Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem not because they were poor or in bondage or sinners but for the singular reason that they didn't know the time of their visitation. In the same vein, many of God's children have not come to realize the dispensation they are in.
Remember Jesus telling his disciples to pray the Lord of the harvest to send the labourers' into his work because the harvest is ripe.
Our opening scripture is a call to every Godchild to come into the work, get down and tread the grapes. There is no room for laxity or sitting on the fence. This is a time God has set for his children to dominate the world. To reassign the desolate places on the earth.
Little wonder Psalms 2:8 says to ask of God and he will give us the heathen (the unsaved) as our inheritance, and the uttermost part of the earth for our possession. The world is yours for the taking. All of creation awaits your manifestation as the true sons of God (Rom 8:17).
If you are a child of God, you have a mandate on your life to take the world for your kingdom, why? Because the wickedness of the nations is great and if you don't warn them and teach them, they won't have a way out.

I cannot fail, because I am success built. I take possession of my ethnos for the kingdom of God.
