The steps of a good man are ordered by the Lord; and he delighteth in his way. Psalms 37:23

Broadening the above verse, the AMP version reads,

The steps of a [good] man are directed and established by the Lord when He delights in his way [and He busies Himself with his every step].

Verse 24 goes on to say,

Though he falls, he shall not be utterly cast down, for the Lord grasps his hand in support and upholds him.

This is the assurance we have as believers. We have a Father who is willing and ready to order and support our every step. When the Lord orders the steps of a man, he can never walk amiss in life.

This is because the Lord knows the end point of every pathway. He gives direction and establishes his every move in all facets of life.

To such a man, crooked paths automatically become straight and level. A man whose steps are ordered will always walk in line with God's purpose for him. The purpose of a man's life is not separate from the steps he takes.

The steps reveal the purpose. Therefore, if God orders a man's step, be assured that the man is definitely walking in God's own purpose and will reach his destination.

When God is delighted in a man's ways, He busies himself with the steps of the man. The steps and daily deals of the man become the object of God's focus.

Such a man is never without direction or help if he stumbles. Make yourself the object of God's focus always and get your steps ordered.

DECLARATION
I do not walk amiss or stumble because the Lord busies himself with my every step. The crooked paths have been made straight for my sake.
