D'Tigress crashes out of FIBA championship, Nigerians react
The Nigerian ladies became the first team in Africa to have reached the last eight of a FIBA Championship after a 57-56 win over Greece in the quarter-finals play-off.
Nigerians took to Twitter to reacted about the team's performance during the competition which is taking place in Spain. Despite their loss to the Americans, Nigerians said they are so proud of the team.
Most of them noted that they have done a great job in the competition and thus need to build on that foundation for the future.
