Lady beheaded, dumped on the road in Onicha-Ugbo Abuja road, Delta

Tragedy as residents of Onicha-Ugbo/Abuja road community woke up and found a beheaded lady, yet to be identified on the road.

It is not yet revealed what led to the incident as of the time of writing this report.
