The Fundraiser Match is to raise funds for the less privileged kids with heart problems across Africa.
The match which was played at the Hive Stadium in London, saw ex-internationals, Michael Essien, William Gallas, Daniel Amokachi, Peter Osaze Odemwingie, Sol Campbell, Kolo Toure, West Brown and others featured at the match.
