Alexis Sanchez squashes Arsenal ‘unrest’ rumours with his first Twitter picture
Alexis Sanchez has seemingly moved to scotch rumours of any unrest at Arsenal after posting a positive picture of himself as a Gunner.
Chilean reports suggested the forward was enduring an ‘uncomfortable’ time at the Emirates and was frustrated with a lack of support and effort from his team-mates – especially club record signing Mesut Ozil.
However, the £35million new boy from Barcelona has attempted to squash any claims of unhappiness by tweeting a snap of him celebrating in an Arsenal shirt as his first act of joining Twitter.
Needless to say, Arsenal fans will be delighted to see the 25-year-old in good spirits after the storming start he’s made to life in the Premier League.
Sanchez has scored eight goals in 15 games since arriving in north London.
