Leicester boss Claudio Ranieri has made the three-man shortlist for FIFA Men’s Coach of the Year.
The Italian joins Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane and Portugal boss Fernando Santos on the shortlist.
Ranieri upset all the odds when he guided Leicester to the Premier League title in 2015/16 and led them into the Champions League.
That all came just a year after Nigel Pearson saved them from relegation and there were odds of 5000/1 for them to win the competition at the start of the season.
Zidane is up for the award
Santos led unfancied Portugal to the Euro 2016 crowd, with Cristiano Ronaldo sidelined for the majority of the final.
