Monday daily devotional by Pastor David Okoye (Ambassadors Word Diet, 11th June, 2018) - One With Christ

For the husband is the head of the wife even as Christ is the head of the church: and is the saviour of the body. Ephesians 5: 23

Over time we have been made to understand that Christians all over the world put together from the body of Christ. Ephesians 5:23 says,

Christ is the head of the church and the church is the body of Christ, it means both Christ and the church form a complete being.

In essence Christ without the church is incomplete and vice versa. This is glorious, as the body can't function perfectly without the head, so also the church and Christ. The Lord needs us as much as we think we need Him.

When God needs to function on earth, He does that through the church. He is our efficacy; our Head, eyes, and ears to see and hear ahead respectively while we are his outstretched hand and legs to the world.

If the world needs to see the movement of God all they need to do is see you the Christian because you are one with God: inseparable. Anywhere you show up God shows up, be mindful of this fact as you let God work through you to reach the people of the world. You complete God as he completes you.

DECLARATION
I am not just from God, I am on with Him. I daily live in the consciousness of this fact.
